Designer
We’re looking for a creative powerhouse to strengthen our design team.
Are you someone who brings fresh ideas to the table, loves the details, and knows how to translate concepts into high-quality design and motion?
In this role, you’ll shape original design and motion concepts, while also evolving existing ones into their better versions. You’ll collaborate closely with UX, motion, and development teams, because we believe the best work happens together.
We’re looking for someone experienced, confident, and ready to challenge our team (in the best way possible).
You’ll help raise the bar and bring out the best in our designers.
Job description
You’re a designer with a sharp eye, creative drive, and the ability to lead by example. You have:
Solid experience in (digital) design and a strong portfolio to prove it
Outstanding skills in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
A “design is in the detail” mentality
A good understanding of UX and the ability to translate UX concepts into engaging UI
The confidence to present and explain your work internally and to clients
A proactive, collaborative attitude, plus, you’re just fun to work with
Nice to have:
Deep knowledge of responsive design principles
A passion for digital and motion trends, and the drive to share them with the team
After Effects experience (major bonus!)

This role is based in our office in Sittard (NL), and we ask that you're able to join us on-site at least two days a week.
To work well with the team and our clients, you’ll also need to speak Dutch or already be actively learning it.
We’re open to all backgrounds and passports, but you do need to live within reasonable distance of the office, or be ready to relocate.
